AMRcloud January update

AMRcloud has been updated to version 0.4 with the following features:

added summary reports on data import at Step 1 and Step 2 of Data Import Wizard
added report on microorganism species for which interpretive criteria are not available
added data processing animation at Step 4 of Data Import Wizard
added ability to save scripts for repeated data import
added ability to change color schemes of graphs
improved stability of loading .xlsx and .xls files
user-defined name of the Date column is retained in the interface
other stability improvements
