AMRcloud April update:

AMRcloud has been updated to version 0.6:

  • added automatic spell checking and suggestion for correct species names when loading data;
  • accelerated calculation of multiple resistances;
  • added ability to create permanent link to dataset (Menu “Edit Set”, Tab “Links”);
  • added option to permanently display the names of geopoints on interactive maps;

  • improved visualization of MIC and inhibition zone diameter distributions for aggeregated data of species with different breakpoints.
