AMRcloud February update

AMRcloud has been updated to version 0.8:

added ability to append data into an existing dataset;
improved drawing of pie charts;
added ability to select the analytical sections (tabs) to be displayed when generating web links;
improved web link generation;
added ability to create stratified resistance tables for an arbitrary number of microorganisms in the “Antibiotics (all)” section;
when adding a graph to the dashboard, added the ability to select columns to ignore for automatic recalculation of the graph;
stability improvements.
