AMRcloud June update

AMRcloud has been updated to version 0.9:

  • Added a new analytical module Expert System, which allows you to automatically find errors and inconsistencies in the phenotypic data of antibiotic resistance.

    To activate the Expert system tab, you must reset the Step Four of editing the data set and check the box Validate data using an expert system.

  • Added the ability to select sorting for the display of pie charts on the Data structure tab (by quantity or by name);

  • When adding a chart to a dashboard, the last used dashboard is selected by default;

  • Added the ability to change the name of the previously created chart in the dashboard;

  • Added the ability to change the font size on the X and Y axes (on interactive charts);

  • An optional display of 95% CI is available.
